The main suspect in the horrific murders of Jennifer Hudson?s family has been formally indicted.
William Balfour, the husband of Jennifer?s sister received his indictment on Tues 30th December for shooting Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and Julian King.
Balfour, who pleaded Not Guilty, faces first-degree murder and home invasion charges. His lawyer, Joshua Kutnick has however made a request for Balfour to be moved from the current state prison he is at to Cook County.
Balfour was arrested back in December. His next hearing will be Tues 20th January.
