But thats not battling, battling is rippin into someone and embarasing back and forth, mad dissing, personal rips and shit. I just don't see how complex verses win battles when it has nothin to do with the other person, there sick, but thats a whole nother ball game, there needs to be distiction. No battle verse should sound good on a track, cuz nobody else would get it.

that wouldn't sound good on a track cuz ppl woudl be like "who referenced what?". Toxics verse would have sounded sick over a track but thats the thing , there has to be a distiction between a battle, and a verse competition.

mike strong has a point. The battles that were winning at the previous forum were whack. I read a couple were a dude had mad insults, punches and multis directed at his oppopnet but then the other cat pulled the win off a lengthy verse full of strung together sentences with no real disses of relavence. I would prefer who ever im battling to come at me directly. Even tho i do appreciate a nice verse, i want a battle lol.
