Okay.. Im young I generally know my fair share of the computer... but I have cool edit pro 2.0 I want to know how to do these things:

How to put instrumentals in the background of my vocals

How to create my own editing process


how to hear myself & the instrumental on my earphones while recording main volcal or adlibs.

How to become a whiz at CEP2.0

1. put the instrumental in any track in mulitrack view( example track 1)
now arm another track( it can be track 2,3, or anyone)....look at left side of ur mulititrack...there goes 3 buttons...R...S...M

click on R to arm ur track..now press da redbutton to start recording

2. you can chekk some tutorials from youtube....juss go to youtube and search ""Coo edit pro mixin""

You can just go to the youtube like he said. But you have to really do more that that to become a pro. Buy books read articles, ask a real professional. When I first started recording I used cool edit but I don't remember a thing. Sorry.
