honestly i dont listen to mainstream. but i think lil wayne is a step above all those other manstream emcees from what i hear. lollypop was wack... but if youre talking about the underground i think immortal technique is sick, but his new album isnt that great from what ive listened to. his producer/producers aint really with him. his old shit is great tho
