Wayne is sorry!The last line I heard that made me say 2 hell with wayne was on the dont touch me remix by busta rhymes with wayne,reek da villian spliff star,nas,the game,and big daddy kane.While the song is sick... his line im a sinus minus the nose im a cold...you can do better than that,and always recycling that wayne is a flame that can live in the water...hes whack!I just cant do it,OH...and he sold over a mill with that carter 3...and yet I still dont think ive seen that many dissapointed ppl in a cd in a while which goes to prove thinking for yourself as opposed to letting marketing grab u is over-rated.

Wayne is good but yes I must say he is hugely overrated. He recycles too many lines. (because he releases too much shit)
Following closely on that list : Rick Ross, Jim Jones, Jay-Z
J.R. Writer has to be a top candidate for underrated. Maybe not #1 but he is up there..

Lil' Wayne of course. He's is though the only consistent rapper that is dropping so much, he has so much material that he thinks is hot. Some is okay, his wordplay is pretty good but he's too full of himself. He isn't the hottest thing out but I do respect him for everything he is doing, he is full of music, thats his heart and you can tell. I'm not a fan but he is doing this thing, trying to get that money and finally making a name for himself, he isn't the little boy in the background anymore
