its a pretty simple program, just use it as a four track recorder, and play around with it. Thats how i learnt how to use it, works really good.

i dont like adobe audition 3.0 id stick with 1.5 does same thing en dont tek up as much memory en every copy of 3.0 iv had as done nuthin but crash but hy its up 2 you.

DONT DO ADOBE cool edit pros simple, once you fux with it, and jus for basic recording its really 1 2 3 jus arm a track for record by pressing the red r then then press record and your recording....easy peasy
